Student Blog replies

I disappointed to see how few people created and wrote replies to their classmates with 30+ students, the number of students replying was less than half of our class for week 2. For those of you that didn’t do it (look at the blog reply week 2 column) I will assign 10 out of the 17 points to late replies. Please remember to do your reply the next time it is assigned for week 5.

  1. Hello Mr. Mac-- I was wondering if you are looking for the replies in the Intro/Welcome/1st week blogs or if you are expecting them to be in the week 2 posts? The assignment for week 2, "Post a comment on one of your classmate’s blogs to discuss their post from last week" was due on Thursday of week 2, before the week 2 blog posts were due. There is no assignment to post replies on week 2 blogs in week 3, only a reply to the discussion board posts. Please clarify if possible, thanks.

  2. Great question Patrick, I will also make a blog post to respond to this. I was looking for the responses in week 2 but what you posted makes sense. For week 2 I will reevaluate who posted in the introduction welcome and give full credit for the reply. In future weeks please respond to the current week. Next of which is week 5. Much in the same way that you would for a discussion board. It makes it very hard to track down

  3. Mr. Mac, I was wondering the same thing. I responded to two posts in the introduction week, but did not receive a grad for it. I wanted to make sure I did the assignment correctly. If not, what do I need to do to get some credit. Thanks
